Carne de vita cu cascaval la cuptor

Am mancat la un restaurant sarbesc o mancare foarte buna ''Specialitatea gurmandului "se numea. Ne-a placut atat de mult incat am vrut sa o pregatesc si eu acasa. Am aflat de la ospatar ca reteta contine carne de vita, cascaval si ceva afumatura.
Am folosit urmatoarele ingrediente: 650 gr carne de vita, 150 gr costita afumata, 3 catei de usturoi, 150 gr cascaval, 1/2 lingurita sare, 1/2 lingurita piper macinat, 1/2 lingurita nucsoara.
Carnea am dat-o prin masina de tocat, am taiat marunt costita si usturoiul, cascavalul l-am dat pe razatoare.

Am amestecat toate ingredientele si le-am pus intr-o tava la cuptor pentru aproximativ 1 ora, cate 30 de minute pe fiecare parte.
